St. Cloud State University: Manager, Technology Support Services (10/06 - Present)
Responsible for the development of the University’s technology customer support area; supervise technology HelpDesk, Computer Store, Computer Labs, ResNet, HuskyNet Accounts, and other user service areas at SCSU; manage 12-15 full-time technology staff to provide superior service and support to the students, faculty, community, and administration, responsible for hiring, training, discipline, and supervision of the full-time staff as well as their 80-100 part-time student workers; research, develop, provide leadership, and implement new technology initiatives for the University; manage technology website; provide design and oversight for large budget areas; host special technology events for campus constituents; provide technology workshops and orientations on new technology for faculty, staff, and students.
