This course is devoted to the study of young adult literature. We will read many different works of young adult literature, analyze works of young adult literature, and also respond to literature in an artistic and emotional fashion. In this course, there is something for everyone!

You should understand that this course involves a lot of reading. The reading is fun and interesting and rich. The course is delivered in a hybrid on-line format. This means that the class would meet together once at the beginning of the term and once at the end. All other work would take place in a virtual environment. This course uses the courseware Moodle for assignments and discussions.
